Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 7 to 15 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location and regional customs processing.

3. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update in the system.

4. Customs Delays & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs delays or local import taxes/duties imposed by your country's government. Leonisa is not responsible for customs delays or additional local taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make a correction, email us at contact@leonisaclothing.com immediately. Once an order is processed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
